OTO rewards HODLers🎉. You show that you are a HOLDer by staking 🛅. Stakers will be the only ecosystem members to receive profits from OTO incubation projects and OTO collected as fees for stakers. See OTO Fees. So just stake and watch your balance grow!
Stake OTO
Visit the OTO Staking Page and connect your wallet. If this is your first time using the Staking Page, you will need to click "Approve Contract First" and "Confirm" on your wallet extension pop up. You should see how many OTO you have staked and how many OTO are claimable as staking rewards. If this is your first time, the amounts should be 0.
Click the "Stake" or "+" button and set the OTO amount you wish to stake. Confirm the new amount is correct.
There is no fee to stake OTO.
OTO Staking Rewards
OTO follows a fair launch. 100% of its circulation is released to the community on day 1. So, OTO staking rewards are not new OTOs. They are from two sources:
OTO stakers are HODLers that the protocol rewards the most. So, a main part of OTO Fees from OTO transfers, airdrops, and sells are re-distributed as OTO staking rewards.
OTO is a venture capital protocol that incubates other profit-generating projects. OTO’s top-level contract is always the owner of incubated OTO projects. Smart contracts will self-enforce to distribute project profits to OTO fairly, transparently, and autonomously. Profits (mainly in BNB, BTC, or USDT) will be auto harvested from incubated projects. These profits will be autonomously swapped for OTO on PancakeSwap at market prices. The bought OTO will then be re-distributed to OTO stakers as staking rewards.
These staking rewards are re-distributed with a staggered schedule. First, staking rewards and incubation profits are gathered for a span of 28,800 BSC blocks (about 24 hours). This gathered pool of rewards will then be evenly distributed out as staking rewards over the next 28,800 blocks.
Claiming OTO Rewards is simple. Visit the OTO Staking Page and connect your wallet. Click “Claim” and wait for the transaction to complete. You should see the claimed OTO in your wallet. You also have the option to compound your staking rewards to stake more OTO for even more rewards🎉!
Unstake OTO
Visit the OTO Staking Page and connect your wallet. Click the “-” Button and set the OTO amount you wish to un-stake. Confirm the new amount is correct.
If you un-stake additional amounts while an un-staking request is pending, amounts from the two requests will be combined and the 3-day wait period timer will reset based on the time of the last request.
If you wish to cancel a pending request to un-stake, click the cancel "⟳" button.
Once a request to un-stake clears, click the ↓ “Un-Stake” button to un-stake and wait for the transaction to confirm. Once complete, you should see the un-staked OTO in your wallet.
There is no fee to unstake OTO.
